Shipping

• Where we ship: United States.
• Free shipping: Automatically applied to U.S. orders over $35.
• Under $35: A flat standard U.S. shipping rate is shown at checkout.
• Processing time: Because each bow is handmade to order, please allow a few business days for us to make your order before it ships.
• Delivery estimate: Typically 3–7 business days in transit after shipping, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your little one) to love every bow. If you're not happy with your order:

• Email littleaddiesbows@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Items should be unused and in their original condition.
• We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• If a bow arrives damaged or we made an error, we cover it 100% — just send a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away.

Custom & Sale Items

Personalized or custom-made bows are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale and clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help you track it down.

Buying on Etsy

Some of our designs are sold through our Etsy shop. Orders placed on Etsy are covered by Etsy's policies and our shop policies there. This page covers orders placed directly on littleaddiesbows.com.
